Service Description

At Happy Homesteads we understand that growing food or raising chickens isn't a "one size fits all" kind of thing. Consultations consist of two visits to your home. The first visit will be spent analyzing your space available and what you envision your yard to be. We'll present our design and price estimate during the second visit, while also verifying placement. We can modify designs if you have any adjustments you'd like to make. Once the design is all you want and more, we can schedule to begin construction. Construction includes the entire build, material, filling with quality soil, and the choice of starter plants/seeds for the beds OR a follow up gardening service. You can be sure that we are establishing your homestead in the best way possible - where you can reap the benefits of self-sustainability for many years to come. Consultation fee is FREE for builds over $600* *$74.99 consultation fee will be taken off of final price for builds that equal or are greater than $600
